You know those little pints of Ben & Jerry’s? The ones that are 1000+ calories each? Yeah, ate the whole thing last night.
Why? Not because I was hungry or sad or depressed. No. I just did for no reason. Omg I feel so disgusted with myself.
I need to get back on track with normal food. There’s no need for so many random sweets. There’s no reason to drink anything other than water and skim milk. For real.
Alright, time to get back into my regular routine that I love.
I actually did 8 Minute Abs yesterday for like the first time in months. I got a full night of sleep last night, and this morning I ate an apple and a kiwi for my late breakfast. The weather is absolutely amazing, and I just feel like today is the beginning of a great week. And even if it’s not the best week ever, it will still be a good one because I’m determined to stick with this attitude and make the best of it.
